I manage over 30 rental homes, and run into frozen pipes, clogs, leaks often. Da Vinci is my no-brainer to get it fixed fast. Very friendly, and I feel comfortable having my work done unattended when I'm out working. I highly recommend calling them first!

A customer that was not you agreed to a price and paid it. Then had buyers remorse when some handy andy on Nextdoor said they would do it for cheaper. We are a real legitimate licensed and bonded professional plumbing company with real employees and real business expenses. We see you also gave Stan the hot water man a negative review and called them a scam. Plumbing is not cheap. Your paying for years of experience on top of business expenses. Please stop trying to cause harm to our business with your negativity.

Response from the owner: We will not be extorted by threats of bad reviews for not refunding you after you signed and agreed to a price. We completed our obligations and provided you with a service. Afterwards some Joe blow stated they would do it cheaper on the next door app and you decided to demand repayment or give us a bad review. This is a prime example of consumer terrorism. We will not budge on our stance.
I needed to get a plumber out for a client, as they had discovered a gas leak which NW Natural Gas fixed, but found another that required a plumber and NW Natural had to shut off the gas until the repair was located and fixed.After calling 6 different plumbers, who were booked from 2 weeks to 6 weeks, I was referred to Kenny @ Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing and he said he had a plumber that was just finishing another project and had to wait for a hydroblast excavation and could be at the property in about 1/2 hr…I shared a big thank you, as the overnight temps were down to freezing.Zach arrived promptly, but was not able to pin point the leak location, so Kenny brought out the Thermal Imager and quickly located the leak. After having to remove some of the iron gas pipes and elbows, they worked quickly to seal all the threads and securely tighten all the pipe & fittings and final pressure test for 15 minutes with minimal psi drop. They were on their way after about 2 Hours. Great job from Kenny and Zach.NW Natural Gas arrived 6 Hours later, ran their leak test and proceeded to check & relight the pilot lights on all 4 gas appliances and able to heat the property again. Special thanks also to Greg Whistler for the referral.

I got tired of fixing a leak in my kitchen sink that was appearing off and on over a 6 month period. Finally, I decided to call in a plumber. Da Vinci's Best Plumbing came out and had my sink leak free in minutes. It was mildly frustrating that I was not able to do it myself but Kenny was kind enough to explain what I was missing with my own repair attempt while he returned the plumbing under the sink to working order. This is the best emergency plumbing company out there. They helped our organization the night before thanksgiving when our sewer backed up and flooded the basement where we were scheduled to have a large feed the following day. Without hesitation Kenney showed up with the right tools and knowledge to clear our drain and to keep our plumbing running smoothly. Thanks to Da Vinci's Best Plumbing we had a successful feed with over 100 people and no problems with our plumbing running at full capacity.

I was delighted with fhe service I received. The assessment of my issue over the phone prior to the services provided was essential; it saved my family from incurring possible damage to our home.Kenny was professional, educated me as to what the issue was, what he was doing and why, as well as tolerating me hovering over him; he did it all with a smile.Keep in mind, this was an emergency evening call, the day after thanksgiving.
